Our Methodology
Trelis Consulting is led by Managing Director, Yeo Hiok Khoon, Steven, who brings with him over 30 years of experience in Instructional System Design, leadership development, strategy, business process improvement, Lean and Six Sigma Methodology across Asia Pacific. Hiok Khoon’s strength is in using Strategic Planning tools to create Strategic Map and Key metrics for a corporation; using Training Needs Analysis to develop Competency Map and the subsequent Learning Solutions for an enterprise; using Process Management tools to ensure the Performance Management System measures key metrics that matter; and using Process Improvement tools to ensure continuous improvement during execution. This end-to-end and closed-loop Performance System had been applied in a technology company like Motorola, a regional Training and Education business entity like Motorola University Asia Pacific; a tertiary formal educational institution like Singapore Management University, a Hospitality Management Services Company like the Carlson Companies in Asia Pacific and a fast growing private education group, Zhejiang Ruida Education, specializes in Gifted Education in China. Such a Performance System has impacted as many as fifty thousand people in China and involved a team over 100 people managing them.
